Q: 1. When and where is the best place to listen to my the Lose Weight for Good® Program?

ANSWER:

Since the both the Lose Weight for Good® Free and Premium memberships are built on highly advanced mobile architecture, you can listen to the audio any where, anytime. Most of the audio is suitable to be heard when driving, walking or cleaning the house. Other content, however, is designed to help you relax and meditate and is best heard while resting in a comfortable position. Since these special audios are such potent relaxation tools, we do not recommend that you drive or operate heavy equipment while listening to these files.

Q: 2. What are the benefits of becoming a FREE member?

ANSWER:

When you become a Free member, you will have access to selected portions of the Lose Weight for Good®membership website. There, you will be able to listen to the first session of the Lose Weight for Good®, Re-Train your brain and NEVER diet again course. While this first session is jam packed with valuable content, you will need to upgrade to the Premium membership to get access to the whole course and the workbook. Also, as a free member, you will have access to the Doc Russ’ mini course called the ABC’s of Weight Loss, select recipes, select expert interview, select “office hours” recordings and selected original audio articles. In addition, to help you stay focused, the ABC’s of weight loss minicourse and the first session will be delivered to you via email as well invitations to attend special monthly telephone seminars and select live events with Doc Russ.

When you upgrade to a premium membership, you will have FULL access to all of the Lose Weight for Good® membership website. As a member, you will also have the ability to purchase a paperback version of the workbook which is not available to the general public. This paperback copy, by the way, is my free gift to you if you upgrade to premium within 7 days of becoming a free member. Also, as a premium member, you will have access to the Doc Russ’ mini course called the ABC’s of Weight Loss, ALL expert interviews, ALL “office hours” recordings and ALL original audio articles. Q: 4. Can I get private coaching if I am not a member?

No. Unfortunately, Lose Weight for Good® certified coaches are only available to work with Premium members. This is because the audio lessons that are provided as part of the premium membership are critical to making the coaching work. Also, there are a limited number of qualified coaches and the service is highly personalized. Our coaches take a lot of time getting to know their clients so, we are only interested in clients that are committed to success..

Q: 5. How effective is the Lose Weight for Good® Program?

What I can tell you is the Lose Weight for Good® program is 100% effective for those that fully apply the principles we teach. While the concepts within this program have helped literally thousands of people lose thousands of pounds, not everyone will experience the success they want. Why not? Mainly because they are not ready to put in the work to actually re-train their brain. While the ideas in this program are fairly simple, implementing them is not always easy. This is not a quick fix. It’s an effective solution. The best part is that many of our members have taken the principles they have learned here and gone on to apply them in other areas of life as well. We have had participants report, in addition to weight loss, improvements in their work, family and business lives as well.

Q: 6. Will I have to give up my favorite foods?

ANSWER:

No. The goal of the program is for you to discover a healthier way of eating that will also allow you to lose weight. As you do this, you may no longer crave some of the foods you now cannot live without but, the program does not require that you remove specific foods from your diet. That said, you may also notice that some foods, while tasting wonderful in the moment, actually are causing you physical and psychological harm. We help you decide which foods these are and help you create an action plan to deal with it.

Q: 7. I hear Doc Russ is a Vegan. Is he going to try to make a vegan out of me?

No. Doc Russ does NOT try to turn anyone into a Vegan or Vegetarian! In fact, he lost all his weight by being a meat eater. While it’s true he is a vegan, he has chosen that life because of the long and short term health benefits. You can certainly have your meat and your weight loss but, vegetables do play an important and, unexpected role in lasting weight loss. In this program, you will learn how you can use the power of vegetables to help you Lose Weight for Good.
